Regulation 47 (Outdoor Swimming Pools): a pool accessory to a residential or commercial use must be enclosed by a fence at least 1.8m (6ft) high, set back at least 1.8m from the water's edge, with a self-closing, self-latching gate; pool area capped at 7% of the lot and may not sit over a septic system.
