Development Regulations 2024-2034 define 'Urban Agriculture' as non-farm agricultural activity compatible with a developed urban setting, expressly including the keeping of livestock and poultry alongside horticulture and market and community gardens. It is a permitted use in the Mixed-Residential/Commercial, Mixed Development and Rural zones, not town-wide. No development permit is required for small-scale home gardening or for keeping household pets;
