Regulation 6.6.3 applies to fences on the portions of a property that run along a road or street, and treats hedges, shrubs and the above-ground part of a retaining wall as fences. The maximum fence height is 1.8 metres. No fence may exceed 0.75 metres between the minimum building line and the street line, within 8 metres of the intersection
