Permits keeping up to four hens per property under a Council permit, plus a separate annual licence and numbered leg tag for each bird; both expire December 31 and are non-transferable. Roosters are prohibited, as are female chickens under four months old, and only a person who resides on the property may keep hens there. The City notifies adjacent property
