Regulation 64 permits household pets plus chickens, ducks, geese or other poultry up to 25 birds total. Regulation 45 requires any structure housing more than 5 animal units to sit 600 m from a residence/park, 60 m from the property line and 90 m from a street centreline, with provincial approval.
