Under Regulation 61(3) of the Development Regulations, fences may be permitted only as discretionary uses, and then only where their design, location and standard of construction comply with the Town of Fortune Fencing Regulations, 2004, as amended from time to time. A fence may be erected on a lot line except where that would not comply with those Fencing Regulations.
