Adopted 2012 under Municipalities Act s.414. Prohibits firearms/fireworks noise, shouting to sell wares, vehicle horns misuse, and use of lawnmowers/chainsaws/snowmobiles between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Also restricts public address systems and vehicles with defective mufflers.
