Made under the Highway Traffic Act and the Municipalities Act. Sets a Snow Clearing Period running from 1 November to 30 April, which Council may extend by public notice when weather warrants. During that period no unattended vehicle may be parked or left on any Town road or road shoulder, in the turning areas at the end of Doran's Lane
