Bylaw enacted under Towns and Local Service Districts Act s.7(1)(d) governing tax-arrears sales. Directs the Town Clerk to proceed with arrears sale when property tax, water fee, or local improvement assessment is in arrears 18+ months after required notice period. Effective June 20, 2025.
