Development Regulations section B.27 (Daylighting Triangle) provides that a fence, sign, hedge, shrub, bush, tree, or any other structure or vegetation shall not be erected or permitted to grow to a height of 0.6 m (2.0 ft) or more within the daylighting triangle at the corner of a lot formed by two intersecting street lines - anything in the sight
