Development Regulations Reg. 5.13 makes Personal Livestock Use a discretionary use in the Residential 1 and Residential 2 zones, considered only as an accessory use on a residential property and subject to public notice. Applications are considered only for chickens, ducks, geese, quail, rabbits and turkeys. A Council permit is required, must be displayed on the livestock facility, and expires
