The following is published in accordance with the provision of Section 113 (1a and b) of the Towns and Local Service Districts

5. If water service is disconnected due to non-payment of taxes, a re-connection fee of $50.00 will be levied. If water
service is disconnected more than once in a calendar year, re-connection fee will be $100.00.
