2026 Taxation
Please Note: Property Tax and Business Tax is based on the properties assessed value, which is
determined by the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA).

Please keep in mind that you can pay in equal installments using any of the above options.
(Up to June 30)
Deadline for payment of all taxes is June 30, 2026. Unfortunately, after this deadline,
any overdue accounts will have their services discontinued and further action will be
taken to collect any outstanding arrears.
Voyent Alert System
The Town is currently in the process of implementing an alert system. This system will deliver important
messages (ie. Water or power outages, community events, emergency notifications) directly to residents
by Landline, Cell Phone or Email. In order for us to get this properly setup we are asking the public to
contact the Town Office (email- info@norrispoint. ca, Facebook messenger or 709 458-2896) to provide
us with the contact information required. If you have any questions regarding this service don’t hesitate
to reach out.
Emergency Preparedness Questionnaire
In August a questionnaire was sent out to all residents asking for some information to help us better plan
for emergency situations. To date we have received information back from approximately 50% of our
residents. If you have not provided this information, please reach out to us. This is very important for us
to plan ahead.
