2026 Tax Structure
In accordance with the provisions of section 117 and 118 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act and adopted at a
regular council meeting held on December 2, 2025. The following taxes are in effect for the year 2026

EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT
A five (5%) discount will be given on 2026 Residential Property Tax to property owners who pay in full on
or before March 31, 2026.
As per the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, Taxes are due and payable on or before June 30, 2026. 2026 taxes
not paid, or arrangement of payment made with the Town Clerk on or before June 30, will be charged Interest at the
rate of two percent (2%) per month and the following actions will be taken:
