construction hours Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM no person shall construct, erect, reconstruct, alter, repair or demolish any building, structure or thing without written approval of the Town (i.e. permitted 7:00 AM-10:00 PM) s. 4(iii)
exemptions Emergency vehicle sirens/horns, church bells/chimes, industrial horns/whistles, heavy/public works equipment in street/water/sewage maintenance or snow clearing, Council special permits/waivers for events s. 9
