# Financial Information
## Tax Information
The Town of Pasadena's current tax structure for the 2026 year.
**Please be advised:**
2026 municipal taxes are due on or before March 31, 2026.
Interest will be applied on overdue accounts beginning April 1, 2026, at a rate of 2.0% per month, calculated as simple interest on the principal amount owing only.
A minimum property tax of $450.00 will be charged on all properties.
**Early Payment Discount**
A 2% discount is available on property and business taxes *(excluding water, sewer, and waste management fees)* if all municipal taxes and fees are paid in full on or before February 13, 2026.
**Low-Income Property Tax Discount**
Persons who have a total combined annual income of $41,472 or less may be eligible for a 20% discount *(not combinable with any other discount)* on property taxes only *(excluding water, sewer, and waste management fees)* for their principal residence, provided that all taxes and fees are paid in full on or before March 31, 2026.
Where a couple occupies the same residence, the combined annual income provision applies to the total income of both individuals.
Satisfactory proof of income, such as a Notice of Assessment from the Federal Government or other documentation acceptable to the Town, must be submitted to the Town Office.
To obtain a Notice of Assessment, residents may contact the Canada Revenue Agency at 1-800-959-8281.
Methods of payment include: Credit card via eServices (https://pasadena.ws.townsuite.com), cash, cheque, money order, debit, telephone banking and online banking.
