Property Tax
Residential Property Tax (minimum $350.00 per parcel) 7.0 mils
Vacant Land (minimum $100.00 per parcel) 7.0 mils
Residential Water/Sewer Rates
Water and Sewer $ 390.00
Water Only $ 230.00
Vacant Land Water & Sewer $ 130.00
Business Tax Rates
General Tax Rate $ 350.00
Vendor Tax $10.00 per week
Seasonal Vendor Tax $50.00 per season
Short Term Rentals $100.00 (one-time fee)
Short Term Rentals (yearly renewal) $15.00 per year
Utility Tax Rate
All businesses subject to the taxation under the
Taxation of Utilities and Cable Television Companies Act 2.5 %

All taxes are due by June 30, 2026. A 7% discount will be offered on all 2026 invoices if paid
in full by March 31, 2026.
Please note: There are no discounts on Business Tax or Fire Protection.
Council reserves the right to act on all unpaid Property and Business Taxes.
