Traffic Regulations 1967, made under authority delegated by the Minister of Highways under Section 209 of the Highway Traffic Act. No person may drive a motor vehicle in excess of the posted speed limit within the Town. Council may place traffic signs on or near any highway in the Town to regulate the movement of traffic, indicate routes, set maximum
