Regulation 39 (Fences) applies to all fences in the Planning Area except as otherwise set out in the Use Zone Tables in Schedule C or in a Fence Regulation adopted under the Municipalities Act. Fences may be erected in any yard of any lot provided that they are no closer to the centrelines of provincial highways than the provincial regulations
