Prohibits clearly audible sound at residential receptors. Quiet hours 11 pm–7 am for construction, loading, and domestic tools. Vehicle idling over 20 min banned in residential zones. Engine brakes prohibited except emergencies. Fireworks require fire-official authorization. Council may grant exemptions up to six months.
