Regulation 38 of the Development Regulations (Livestock Structures and Uses) states that no structure designed to contain livestock shall be erected or used anywhere in the Town. Schedule A defines 'Live Stock' as domestic animals such as cattle, poultry or horses raised for home use or for profit, so housing backyard poultry is not permitted.
