Development Regulations Regulation 39 sets fence heights in the Town-Urban (T-URB) zone at a maximum of 0.75 metres between any street line and the main wall line of the nearest building, and 1.8 metres in other cases — raised to as much as 2.4 metres only where the Authority requires or authorises the extra height for screening, security or safety.
