Traffic Regulations set a maximum speed of 30 km/h when passing a school building or its grounds between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on days when school is in session, and 40 km/h in all other areas within the Town except as otherwise posted by or under the authority of the Town or the provincial Department of Transportation and Works.
