The Town's Permit Guidelines cap fence height at 3 ft 6 in (1.07 m) within 25 ft of the edge of the road reserve, and at 8 ft for all other fences without specific approval of Council; both limits are stated except on a corner lot. On a corner lot, the maximum is 1.07 m (3 ft 6 in) in
