Regulation 50 of the Development Regulations caps fence height at 1.8 metres, except where the Town requires additional height for screening or security, in which case the maximum is 2.4 metres. No fence may be erected that can block vision at an intersection by virtue of its location or height, and fence materials must be of a type approved by
