# Budget
We want to hear from you!
The Town of Torbay will be hosting our annual municipal budget public consultations on Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15. Both sessions will take place at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
If residents would like to additionally book a presentation time they may contact our Town Clerk at [email protected].

### Budget 2026
The Town of Torbay is pleased to announce its Budget for the calendar year of 2026. 2026 will see a total budget of $12,274,147, allocating $548,609 for capital expenditures and $11,725,538 for operational costs. We are pleased to announce that the residential property tax mil rate will remain at 7.7 mils, and the commercial property tax rate will also remain at 12.5 mils.
