Solid Waste Management Facility Charges
Pursuant to paragraph 49(1)(b) of the Municipal Government Act, the following charges apply
to use of the Beech Hill Solid Waste Management Facility:

A tipping fee will be charges as follows:

The charges are to be fixed by measurement made at weight scales situated at the
facility.
3.0
The charges are to be payable on receipt of invoice, and invoices overdue by more than
thirty (30) days shall accrue interest at a rate of 1% per month, 12% per annum.
