TOWN OF BERWICK BYLAW COLLECTION OF ARREARS OF TAXES 148. Where a Taxpayer has failed to pay taxes assessed to him for the previous year, the Town Clerk shall, on or after June 15th of each year, institute legal proceedings in order to obtain immediate payment thereof without further notice to the Taxpayer.
