In the Residential General (R-1) zone, hoofed animals (ungulates) may be kept as pets: requires an enclosed shelter not in the front yard, minimum 20 ft rear/side setback, covering no more than 50% of the rear yard, and a minimum 1-acre lot for the first animal plus 0.5 acre per additional animal.
