Where a hobbyist-scale accessory agricultural use (accessory to a dwelling) includes keeping livestock, one accessory shelter up to 20 m2 (215 sq ft) is permitted, and the provincial Fences and Detention of Stray Livestock Act requires fencing adequate to prevent escape. Applies in the zones that list accessory agricultural uses (s.6.2).
