Requires a permit and an enclosure around every swimming pool (in-ground or above-ground): minimum 5 ft high, chain-link openings under 2 in or pickets/boards under 4 in, self-latching gate, enclosure kept at least 4 ft from the pool edge. Amended August 2, 2011.
