Hobby Farms clause lets an R1-zone dwelling keep ungulates (e.g. goats, sheep, horses) as pets/hobby farm if a shelter is built with a 30.5m rear/side setback, covering under 50% of the rear yard, on a lot of 1 hectare for the first animal plus 0.2 hectare per extra animal.
