Town of Ajax Zoning By-Law 95-2003 Page 9-1 Office Consolidation March 6, 2025 Section 9: Holding Provisions, Temporary Use Zones, and Interim Control Zones 9.1 Holding Provisions Where, on the Schedules to this By-law, a zone symbol is shown followed by the letter (H), for example PE(H), the lands shall only be used for the identified uses and the expansion of those uses as of the date of adoption of this By-law, until such time as certain conditions have been met. Council may pass a By-law pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act to remove the Holding (H) Provision Symbol, thereby placing the lands in the zone indicated by the zone symbol, when all of the applicable requirements have been met.
