The Department Head will determine when deposits are required. They will cover legal fees related
to the review of the application, preparation of associated agreements and peer review costs where
it has been determined that in house staff expertise or resources are not available to review the
application and/or submissions. Applicants are responsible for 100% of the costs and may be
required to provide additional deposits.
