The zoning by-law's sight-visibility-triangle rules require the corner-lot triangle to be kept free of any fence, hedge or trees over 0.5 metres (20 inches) in height, and section 3.26 prohibits buildings, structures or planting that materially impede vision of the intersection above 0.5 metres within the 10-metre triangle.
