In the Town of Blind River, Ontario, property maintenance rules are set by Clean Yards By-law No. 17-04 (Town of Blind River) and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-10-18. Enforcement: Officer may issue Work Order or Discontinue Activity Order; Town may do work at person's expense and add costs to tax roll.
Failure to keep land orderly, litter-free, clear of refuse, dead/diseased trees, noxious weeds, grass over 8 inches, stagnant water, and inoperative vehicles/boats/trailers.
