Requires an annual Short-Term Rental Licence for any dwelling rented for less than 30 consecutive days (includes bed and breakfasts). Prohibits STRs in trailers, boats, motor vehicles, community housing or unlawful units; use must conform to the Zoning By-law. No principal-residence requirement. Licence fee set under the Fees and Charges By-law.
