TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact an amended Fees and Charges By-law. Proposed amendments were made in the following category:
**Planning and Development Department**
The draft By-law may be viewed here: https://bracebridge.civicweb.net/document/31599
The proposed by-law will be considered by Council at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 9th day of September, 2026. To confirm the meeting time, please visit www.bracebridge.ca or contact the Clerk. Written comments may be provided to the Director of Corporate Services/Clerk at the address below on or before September 8, 2026.
