The Township of Carlow/Mayo has **two** **depot service** waste disposal site locations, each governed by Certificate of Approval issued by the Ministry of Environment.
To help prolong the lifespan of each location the Township of Carlow/Mayo encourages residents to recycle. Both waste sites accept electronic waste and household batteries.
The Mayo Ward Waste Disposal Site is equipped with a Re-Use Centre for items that are in "gently used condition" and are too good for the landfill.
For Waste Disposal Site Fees, please see below Related Documents.
***Only residents/landowners of the Municipality are permitted entry to either location. Waste Disposal Cards may be required for access to Waste Disposal Sites and are available at the Township Office.***
