## Planning Department
The Planning Department oversees the planning and management of the Municipality of Casselman's territory in accordance with the prescribed requirements of the province of Ontario. The department ensures that land use and proposed new subdivision, land use, and construction projects comply with the municipality's official plan and zoning by-law. New construction, land use, and redevelopment projects are subject to development charges.
If not already available, The Municipality of Casselman is committed to making every effort to provide documents in an accessible format upon request, in a manner that meets the individual's accessibility needs.

If you wish to submit an approval request for a land development project, please fill out the pre-consultation request form for a development application and send it to the Planning Department.
