By-law No. 009- 2025
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BY-LAW 059- 2024 -
LEGISLATIVE SERVICES - MUNICIPAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
WHEREAS section 391 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as
amended, provides that a Municipality may pass by-laws imposing fees or
charges for services; and
WHEREAS Council passed Fees and Charges By-law 059-2024; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the Fees and Charges By-law for
The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COBOURG ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Schedule G - Legislative Services - Municipal Law Enforcement be
amended to include the fees as shown in Attachment 1.
2. That this By-law shall come into effect on the day of passing.
READ and finally passed in Open Council this 26th day of February, 2025.
