Deseronto allows short-term accommodation only in the operator's principal residence and only in the R1, R2 and R3 zones (s.5.21). Maximum 3 bedrooms, one parking space per rented bedroom, an enclosed outdoor garbage/recycling enclosure, and the use may be subject to a municipal licensing system.
