By-Law No. 2025-48 Being a By-law to establish user fees and charges administered by the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville WHEREAS section 9 & 10 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, authorizes municipal councils to establish fees or charges for persons; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville considers it appropriate, pursuant to section 391 of the Municipal Act, to establish fees for certain municipal services, activities, or charges provided or undertaken by or on its behalf; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the user fees or service charges set forth in Schedule "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein are hereby approved and shall become effective and be implemented as of January 1, 2026. 2. That such services and activities covered by this by-law shall only be provided subsequent to receipt of the applicable fee or charge. 3. That By-Law No. 2025-38 is hereby repealed. 4. This By-law shall come into force and be effective on January 1, 2026.
