THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF ENGLEHART
BY-LAW # 2025-21
Being a By-Law of the Corporation of the Town of Englehart to set the Tax Ratios for the 2025 tax year.
Whereas Section 308 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25 as amended, provides that a set of tax ratios
for every municipality shall be established;
And Whereas Section 308 (4) states that a single-tier municipality shall pass a by-law in each year to
establish the tax ratios for that year for the municipality.
Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Englehart enacts as follows:
1. That the 2025 Tax Ratios as set out below are hereby adopted.

2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor modifications or corrections of a grammatical
or typographical nature to the by-law and schedule, after the passage of this by-law, where such
modifications or corrections do not alter the intent of the by-law or its associated schedule(s).
3. That this by-law shall come into force and effect upon passing.
Enacted by the Town of Englehart Council this 11th day of June 2025.
