SECTION 36 - HOLDING (H) ZONE
36.1
The Holding Zone limits development on lots to which it applies until such time as
council adopts a by-law, pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, 1990,
removing the Holding (H) symbol. When the Holding (H) symbol is removed, the
regulations of the parent zone which applies to the lot will come into force.
36.2
PERMITTED USES
(a)
any uses, buildings and structures legally existing at the date of adoption of
this by-law;
(b)
accessory uses, building and structures for the permitted uses.
