SECTION 38 - APPROVAL
38.1 EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law will come into force and take effect upon being passed by Council
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board
READ A FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 28th
DAY OF MAY 1990.
