TOWN OF GEORGINA
IN THE
REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK
BY-LAW NO. 2010- 0075 (Lt.3)
A BY-LAW TO AMEND APPENDIX 'C' TO BY-LAW
NO.2002-0169 (Lr-3)
WHEREAS the Municipal Act 2001 , c.25, Section 391 authorizes municipalities
to impose fees and charges;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Georgina
deems it desirable to establish fees and charges;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Georgina in
the Regional Municipality of York enacts as follows:
That the Meter Tariffs referenced in Appendix 'C' be subject to
taxes where applicable;

That Appendix 'C' to By-law No. 2002-0169 (Ll-3) is hereby
repealed.
3.
This by-law shall come into force on July 1,2010
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th day of June,
2010
