Rates effective to February 14, 2027
Development Charges (DCs) help pay for growth-related infrastructure required to
support new development.
Services funded include Roads and Highways, Parks and Recreation, Library
Services, Fire Protection, Waste Diversion, Stormwater, Water, Wastewater and
Growth Studies.
