In the Town of Hearst, Ontario, property maintenance rules are set by By-law No. 37-2020 Property Standards By-law, verified 2026-10-19. Standards: Yards clean and free of litter, rubbish, waste, salvage, refuse, decaying or damaged trees, branches, limbs, and health, fire or accident hazards.
