And Whereas Section 398.2(2) of the Municipal Act provides that fees or charges imposed in accordance with the Bylaw constitutes a debt owed to the municipality for which the Treasurer may add the outstanding fees or charges, including interest on the unpaid balance, to the tax roll for the property owned by the persons responsible for paying the fees and charges, and the amount shall be collected in the same manner as municipal taxes; And Whereas Section 398.2(2) of the Municipal Act provides that fees or charges imposed in accordance with the Bylaw constitutes a debt owed to the municipality for which the Treasurer may add the outstanding fees or charges, including interest on the unpaid balance, to the tax roll for the property owned by the persons responsible for paying the fees and charges, and the amount shall be collected in the same manner as municipal taxes; Now Therefore, the Council of the Municipality of Highlands East enacts as follows: Short Title Now Therefore, the Council of the Municipality of Highlands East enacts as follows: Short Title This bylaw may be cited as the" Building Bylaw". 1.
